Do not panic in case of loss or theft of debit/credit card, know the correct procedures to minimise misuse.

In case of lost / Stolen ATM Debit Card, you may block the same on your own by sending sms “HOTC” from your registered mobile number to bank number 9223191010, for more information please contact your nearest branch

Procedure

Type following SMS through your registered mobile number

HOTC and Send to 9223191010

Immediately, you will receive reply as

“Dear Customer, Your Card number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX has been Hotmarked!!!!”
